      Rich blackberry and cherry fruit flavours, a distinctive peppery/herbal edge with hints of chocolate and coffee.

      Rioja Valliciergo, Spain 2007
      This is a particularly soft, easy drinking style with ripe plum & red cherry fruit on the palate.

      A fabulous medium white wine with full fruit flavours of apples & pears that linger & a smooth finish.

      Viognier Santa Rosa Estate, Argentina 2008/09
      Well balanced, with crisp acidity and measured alcohol. Apricot fruit dominates with just a touch of spice.

      Muscadet Sur Li Les Grand Presbyteres, Loire France 2007
      One of the few estate wines produced in Muscadet (there are only about 4%). Rich finesse with floral, full & intense palate followed by a gorgeous creamy finish.

      Mayval Dry Manstree Vineyard, Shillingford Devon 2006
      A dry wine produced from Madeleine Angevine and Seyval Blanc. The varieties harmonize with one another well giving a fresh citrus flavour to the wine.

      Sauvignon Blanc Riversdale, Marlborough, New Zealand 2009
      A luscious Sauvignon Blanc that combines intense white peach & nectarine aromas with fresh fruit to provide a full palate and a lingering finish.

      Chablis La Colombe, France 2008
      Typical of what decent Chablis should taste like-not a trace of oak, pungent & flinty on the nose with a tad of creamy fruit underneath, this gets richer as the mineral characteristics give way to riper, buttery sensations.

      Sancerre La Clochette, Loire France 2008
      This wine is a classical example of Sancerre- Crushed blackcurrant leaf aroma and steely, fresh fruit flavours that linger on the palate.

      Sparkling Chardonnay Ackermann Loire France NV
      Produced from 100% Chardonnay this elegant sparkling wine has a soft pear freshness on the nose followed by a touch of creamy fruit on the palate & rounded off dry finish.

      Champagne Gremillet Brut selection NV France
      A trophy winner for the best ‘Non Vintage Champagne’ at The International Wine Challenge. This Champagne shows fine mousse in the glass & fresh floral aromas mixed with characteristic toasty yeast overtones, which are balanced by richer fruit & classic baked biscuit flavours with a crisp citrus finish.

      Prosecco, Sacchetto Spumante Brut Italy NV
      Intense in aroma with impressions of soft fruit such as peach, pear and banana. A light citrus and flower sensation, completed with a refreshing, fine fizz.

      A dense powerful red with mulberry & blackberry fruit with a fine tannin structure & delicious sweet ripe fruit finish.

      Malbec Reserva Nieto, Argentina 2008
      A complex nose of damsons, nuts and dried fruits. Full bodied with rounded, ripe tannins & a long finish of plums, damsons and figs.

      Valpolicella Montresor, Italy 2008
      A medium bodied red with lively aromas of cherries, violets and almonds. Soft, velvety palate showing a touch of sour cherry & light background oak.

      Shiraz Vat 8 Australia 2007
      This is a generously flavoured Shiraz with a palate of ripe red berry & black fruit characters softened and balanced by cedary oak & firm tannins.

      Duras Cabernet Sauvignon Caves de Gaillac France 2008
      A blend of Duras and Cabernet Sauvignon. Perfume-violets on the nose, with a smooth well rounded medium body and good integrated oak finish.

      Rioja Seleccionada Vega del Rayo Spain 2007
      Soft red fruits & concentrated black cherry characteristics, this is rounded with a long, spicy finish. The fruit is ultra-ripe & the wine is balanced & well structured.

      Colheita Vintage Port 1997 Krohn & Weise Portugal
      A small family owned house offering an exceptional range of top quality Ports and amazingly intense & complex Colheitas.

      The grapes come from their own 14 hectare estate, Quinto do Retiro Novo, which boasts ‘A’ classified vineyards.

      The house has long been renowned for its superior quality Colheita ports, a style which it champions.

      Deep tawny colour with a good structure.
      Intense dried fruit & raisined nose with power and complexity on the palate. Sweet ripe fruit, perfect balance & a long finish.
